13. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GREATER FINANCIAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

The arbitration shall be held in Los Angeles, California. YOU WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
